Great place to have breakfast when early morning shopping at the St. Lawrence Market.
The girl working there is friendly and helpful.
Great fresh food. -

I was craving some European herbs and spices when I visited the market and decided upon this Greek spot. They seemed to have a good variety of metas, and had affordable prices for the amount that they gave. The server wasn't super kind and seemed like they wanted to rush me forward, but they answered all the questions I needed to ask.
I ordered the Bifteki Lunch Combo ($11), which was a rice plate with a Greek salad, some potatoes, and a nicely sized slab of beef. The beef was cooked very well (a nice pink inside) and the oils that they used seeped into the rest of the dish and made it taste super good. The dish was also nicely aromatic, which I come to expect from Mediterranean food. I would've liked a bit more flavour from the salad or potatoes, but the fish was satisfying.
I'd hope the service gets a bit better, but otherwise this was a decent choice in my opinion for a St Lawrence market lunch. There seems to be a lot of low quality stuff down in the basement, and this place was good enough. It was unique enough and had good prices. -

Come. You. Won't. Regret. It! It's cheap and everything was amazing! It's very very casual but the taste of the food is worth having to wipe down your own table and clean up your own mess:). We'll be back for sure. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the "ambiance".

I've only tried their vegan grilled vegetable pita, but for the price ($5.95 incl tax) it is pretty filling and yummy. The vegetables (beware: lots of onions) are sauteed in quite a bit of oil, then wrapped simply within a white pita, which they grill/warm for you right before giving it to you. My main complaint is that the pita is soggy from the water from the veggies and oil. I wish they roasted the veggies instead to reduce the sogginess and also use less oil.
Other vegan options include a vegetable platter, featuring potatoes, rice, and a salad. The soups are usually not vegan (contains dairy), so double check if you have intolerance. -

We ordered gyros and a Greek salad with chicken. The chicken on my Greek salad was a little dry. The gyros tasted okay. I would have liked a little more meat in the gyro. But overall, the lunch was okay.
